Who is Ron Gassert?

Ronald Earl Gassert is a former American football defensive tackle in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers. He played college football at the University of Virginia, where he was a defensive end.

Gassert was drafted by the Packers in the fourth round of the 1962 NFL Draft. He was also drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the 13th round of the 1962 American Football League Draft.

Ron was a member of the 1962 NFL Championship Green Bay Packers.
