Who is Rory McLeod?

Rory McLeod is a British folk singer-songwriter. His father is of Scottish origin. As well as singing, his performances include storytelling in the tradition of the traveling minstrel or troubadour, and playing a wide range of instruments including guitar, harmonica, trombone and his own invention the 'stomping box'. After years on the road at folk festivals and venues, he has settled in Orkney with his partner and two young sons. He still tours regularly.

He also performed on Puddle Dive, the 1993 album by fellow singer-songwriter, Ani DiFranco. McLeod played the theme tune for the TV animation series, Creature Comforts.
