Who was Rudy Lavik?

Rudolph H. "Rudy" Lavik was an American football and basketball coach. He served as the head football coach at Arizona State Teacher's College of Flagstaff, now Northern Arizona University, from 1928 to 1932 and at Arizona State Teachers College at Tempe, now Arizona State University, from 1933 to 1937, compiling a career college football record of 35โ€“36โ€“6. Lavik was also the head basketball coach at Arizona State Flagstaff and Arizona State Tempe, tallying a career college basketball mark of 146โ€“137. He was a graduate of Springfield College.
