Who is Rui Miguel Silva?
Rui Miguel Alves da Silva; born 18 April 1990 in Porto, Portugal is a racing driver who drove for OnlyOne Racing Kart teams during a four year stint as part of the European circus. In the first year of his European Kart career he set a new record for the most fastest laps by a driver in a season and had several wins before his serious injury. In 2008 he was the Portuguese National Kart Champion.
