Ryan L. Frazier is a United States public figure who is the managing director of Frazier Global Strategies, a small consulting firm. He is a former at-large member of the Aurora City Council and was the 2010 Republican candidate for United States House of Representatives Colorado's 7th congressional district. He was first elected as a councilman in 2003 and has served two terms.
