Ryan Girdler is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer of the 1990s and 2000s. A New South Wales State of Origin and Australia national representative goal-kicking centre, he played his club football for the Illawarra Steelers and then the Penrith Panthers, winning the 2003 NRL Premiership with them.
