Who is Ryūsei Nakao?

Tomoharu Takeo, known by his stage name Ryūsei Nakao, is a Japanese actor, singer, and voice actor who is attached to 81 Produce. He has also worked under the name of Tomoharu Minamiya. He is married and has a son and a daughter.

Nakao's voice tends to land him in the roles of characters with high-pitched voices and sadistic personalities. As a voice actor, he is best known for his roles in Soreike! Anpanman, Dragon Ball Series, Touch, Niko Niko Pun, Do-Re-Mi-Fa Donuts!, Hotch Potch Station, Moomin, Topo Gigio, Bleach and currently One Piece.
