S. Ramesan Nair is an Indian poet and lyricist. He has written lyrics for more than 450 songs for the Malayalam film industry, from 1985 onwards. He was awarded the Vennikkulam Smaraka Award instituted by the Thadiyoor Dakshina Samskarika Vedi.
