Who is Santhosh Echikkanam?
Santhosh Echikkanam is a South Indian, contemporary short story writer from Kerala. He is one of the newcomers in Malayalam literature. He was born in Kasargode district in Kerala. Santhosh was into politics during his college life. He never stood first in the college story-writing competitions. But he stick on to his passion and later turned to be a good writer mostly in short stories. His stories are grounded to earth and speaks about the common people around us.
Santhosh received the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award for his short story Komala.
