Who is Scott Fellows?
Scott Fellows in Newtown CT is an American television writer and producer. He is the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, The WB's Johnny Test, and for Nickelodeon's hit Kids-Choice-Award-winning TV series Big Time Rush.
Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer for the second, third and fourth seasons of The Fairly OddParents and was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for that show in 2003. His earlier writing credits also include more or some episodes of and performing Zip, Louie, and Professor Phosphate on Weinerville. He also did some writing on U to U, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and Doug.
