Who is Muhammad Sadik Muhammad Yusuf?
Sheikh Muhammad Sadik Muhammad Yusuf was born in the region of Andijan on April 15, 1952 and is the former mufti of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of Central Asia and Kazakhstan. He was Uzbekistan’s first mufti after independence and is a prominent theologian in the country. Muhammd Sodiq is a member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, a non-governmental organization of Islamic scholars.
