Stacy Burke is an American bondage model and pornographic actress.

An only child, Burke was raised by her grandparents in Pomona, California. She was homecoming queen at her high school. She started her modeling career at the age of 18 for a college calendar shoot by a former classmate.

In 2000, Burke participated in a publicity stunt at the Cannes Film Festival where she was lit on fire while wearing a heavy flameproof suit. After the fire was extinguished, she emerged wearing a lime-green bikini.

She did her first hardcore movie in Ed Powers's More Dirty Debutantes "2000" Vol. 113.

Burke is a former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner and has appeared several times on The Girls Next Door, which featured her wedding to her boyfriend Roy in the episode "Tying the Naughty". According to Izabella St. James, Hefner and his other girlfriends ended the relationship when they found out about Burke's hardcore pornographic past.

Burke appeared on the "Stump the Trunk" segment of That Metal Show, where she fails in an attempt to stump Eddie Trunk with a question about Dokken/Winger guitarist Reb Beach.
