Summer Elizabeth Smith (born March 13, 1980 in Chicago Heights, Illinois) is a Ford Model (1999 - present) and the founder/editor of Eliza magazine. Married Kerry Bellessa (January 3, 2003) and changed name to Summer Bellessa. Daughter of a truck driver and oldest of five siblings, Summer is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she met her future husband, Kerry Bellessa at church in Los Angeles where she was modeling and acting. She began modeling at age four and has modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch, Glamour magazine, Clairol, Secret Deodorant, Sears and Vidal Sassoon.
