Who is Perum Cheral Irumporai?
Perum Cheral Irumporai was a Chera prince during the Sangam period in southern India. He is famous for the invasion, destruction and victory of the city of Tagadur of Adigaman chief Ezhni. He is the hero of the eighth chapter of the Pathirrupattu composed by poet Arisil Kilar.
