Who is Taiwo Aladefa?

Taiwo Aladefa-Darden is a retired Nigerian 100 m hurdler.

She won Gold at the 1995 All African games and silver medals at the 1991 All-Africa Games and the 1993 African Championships and won the 1995 All-Africa Games in a new championship record of 12.98 seconds.

Her personal best time is 12.72 seconds, achieved in 1998.

Her brother Kehinde Aladefa competed in 400 metres hurdles at the 1996 Summer Olympics and won a silver and bronze medal at the All-Africa Games in 1995 and 1999. He graduated from the University of Southern California.
