Who is Taku Otsuka?
Taku Otsuka is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet. A native of Tokyo, he attended Keio University and received a master's degree from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in the United States. He was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2005.
He is married to Councillor Tamayo Marukawa since 2008.
