Tanburi Cemil Bey or Tamburi Cemil Bey, was an Ottoman tanbur, yaylı tanbur, kemençe, and lavta virtuoso and composer, who has greatly contributed to the taksim genre in Ottoman classical music. His son, Mesut Cemil Bey, is an equally renowned tanbur virtuoso.
