Who is Terry Cline?
Terry L. Cline is an American psychologist and public health policy specialist from Oklahoma. Cline is currently serving in the dual position of Oklahoma Secretary of Health and Human Services and Commissioner of the Oklahoma State Department of Health. He has served in various positions under Governors of Oklahoma Frank Keating, Brad Henry, and Mary Fallin.
Cline previously served as the administrator of the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, an agency within the Health and Human Services Department from December 2006 through August 2008. Prior to that, Cline served as the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as well as Oklahoma Secretary of Health under Governor of Oklahoma Brad Henry.
