Who was Arunasalam Thangathurai?
Thangathurai Arunasalam also spelt Thangathurai Arunachalam was a Sri Lankan Tamil politician. He was Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) MP for Trincomalee District. He was assassinated by LTTE in July 5, 1997 in the presence of hundreds of school children. He was 61 years old.
