Who was Tom Hernon?

Thomas H. Hernon was a professional baseball player. He played part of one season in Major League Baseball for the Chicago Colts in 1897. He was a right-handed batter and a right-handed thrower. He was 5'7½ feet tall and weighed 156 pounds.

Hernon was born in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, and died in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He is buried in St. Mary Cemetery in New Bedford.
