Who is Tom Kelly?
Jay Thomas Kelly, is the former manager of the Minnesota Twins baseball team from 1986 to 2001. Currently, he serves as a Special Assistant to the General Manager for the Twins.
Kelly grew up in Sayreville, New Jersey and attended St. Mary's High School in nearby South Amboy.
