Who is Tom Køhlert?

Tom Køhlert is a Danish former football player at, and former manager of, Brøndby IF in the Danish Superliga. He started playing for Brøndby IF right from the beginning in 1964. He became manager in 1981. He functioned as manager 4 times from 1981 to 2008. Tom Køhlert spent most of his career being coach for Brøndbys youth team, in the Danish second division east. He was known to be extremely loyal towards the club and he spent, with a few exceptions, all of his football career in Brøndby IF. Today, he works as a scout.
