Thomas 'Tommy' Edgar Rees was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s and '30s, playing representative level rugby union for Wales, and at club level for Pontyclun RFC, Crawshays RFC, Army XV, and London Welsh RFC, as a Fullback, i.e. number 15, and playing representative level rugby league for Great Britain, and at club level for Oldham, and Broughton Rangers as a Fullback, i.e. number 1.
