Tomoe Ohmi is a Japanese voice actress and singer with RAMS/evolution. She is from Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She received training from the Japan Narration Acting Institute and RAMS Professional Education. She made her debut as a voice actress in the anime television series School Rumble. Her first musical release was the single "Utakata", and her last is "Girlfriend". While her label "evolution" was terminated, her musical career has been finished.
