Who is Tony Windsor?
Antony Harold Curties "Tony" Windsor is a former Australian politician. He was an independent member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1991 to 2001, representing the electorate of Tamworth. He subsequently entered federal politics, serving as an independent member of the Australian House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013, representing the electorate of New England. He was one of several MPs who supported the Gillard minority Labor government from 2010 to 2013, and retired at the 2013 federal election.
