Who is Vassy?
Vasiliki Karagiorgos, known mononymously as Vassy, is an Australian singer-songwriter. Vassy, whose parents are both Greek immigrants, was discovered in 2003 after winning Australian radio station Triple J's Unearthed talent contest. Her single "We Are Young" reached the top of Billboard's Hot Dance Club Songs.
In 2014, she appeared on the song "Bad" by David Guetta and Showtek, which reached number 1 in Belgium and also charted in the UK, Poland and Austria.
