Who is Veljko Kadijević?
Veljko Kadijević is a former General of the Yugoslav People's Army. He was the Minister of Defence in the Yugoslav government from 1988 until his resignation in 1992, which made him de facto commander of JNA during the Ten-Day War in Slovenia and the initial stages of the War in Croatia.
