Who was Victor Buller Turner?

Lieutenant-Colonel Victor Buller Turner VC CVO was an English recipient during the Second World War of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. His older brother Alexander had previously been awarded a posthumous VC during the First World War.
