Who was Vincentia Maria López y Vicuña?
Saint Vincentia Maria López y Vicuña was the Spanish founder of Daughters of Mary Immaculate for Domestic Service, a religious congregation dedicated to the ministering to working girls. The congregation received papal approval from Pope Leo XIII in 1888. Vincentia died on 26 December 1896 in Madrid, after an intense illness.
