Walter Doyce Broadnax is Distinguished Professor of Public Administration at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, appointed in the fall of 2008. Prior this appointment he served as president of Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia, retiring after six years in July 2008.
