Washington César Santos was a Barzilian footballer who played as a striker.
In career he played for a several number of clubs: Galícia, Corinthians, Operário and Internacional Atlético Paranaense, Fluminense, Guarani, Botafogo União São João Desportiva-ES Santa Cruz Figueiras, Fortaleza and Foz de Iguaçu.
He won one Rio Grande do Sul State Tournament, one Paraná State Tournament, four Campeonato Carioca, and one Campeonato Brasileiro Série A,
With Brazil national football team he got 5 international caps and won the 1987 Pan American Games.
On 25 May 2014 Washington died due to an amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
