Who is Werner Wnendt?
Werner Wnendt was the head of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe mission in Kosovo. He is a German diplomat and statesman. He was responsible for reporting Kosovo developments to EU and OSCE and is considered an expert in Kosovo matters in Western Europe. His mission in Kosovo has ended in 2007. He is now back in Berlin working in the German foreign ministry as the deputy director of the department for culture and communication.
