Who was Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb?
Wilhelm Josef Franz Ritter von Leeb was a German Field Marshal during World War II. His younger brother, Emil Leeb, rose to the rank of General der Artillerie during World War II. In 1940, after the Fall of France he was promoted to Field Marshal during the 1940 Field Marshal Ceremony.
