Who is Wilhelm von Gottberg?
Wilhelm von Gottberg is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union.
Gottberg was born in Woopen in Landkreis Bartenstein, East Prussia. His family fled from East Prussia during World War II.
Gottberg is president of the Territorial Association of East Prussia and Vice President of the Federation of Expellees in Germany. He is also a member of the board of the Ostpreußische Kulturstiftung, and is mayor of the community of Schnega in Lower Saxony.
