Who was William Lynch, Jr.?
William "Bill" Lynch, Jr. was an American politician and political consultant, advising politicians from the Democratic Party. He was a prominent political figure in New York politics, especially within the African-American community. In 1999, Lynch founded the political consulting firm Bill Lynch Associates, LLC, where he served as chairman from its founding until his death.
