Who is William W. Park?
William W. Park is Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law. His practice and teaching focus on international financial and commercial transactions. He has served as Arbitrator on the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland and the Appeals Tribunal of the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims, and currently sits on the North American Free Trade Agreement Chapter 14 Financial Services Roster.
Park is a member of the Governing Board of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and the American Arbitration Association Board of Directors, and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the College of Commercial Arbitrators. The President of the United States in 2008 appointed Park to the Panel of Arbitrators for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. In 2009 he was elected President of the London Court of International Arbitration.
