Who is Xhemail Mustafa?
Xhemail Mustafa was a political advisor of Ibrahim Rugova and a member of the Democratic League of Kosovo. He was shot dead by an unknown gunman outside his apartment in Pristina on 23 November 2000. In his honour, a primary school just steps from where he died bears his name.
