Who is Xiao Huang-Chi?

Xiao Huang-Chi, is a blind Taiwanese Tai-pop and Mandopop artist. Xiao Huang-Chi emerged in the Tai-pop scene after winning the Best Tai-pop male artist 2008 award in the Golden Melody Awards.

Congenital bad eyesight led him to see the world with difficulty for 10 years. Excessive use of remaining vision let him to completely lose his eyesight.
