Who is Yulia Lemigova?

Yulia Lemigova is a Russian businesswoman and former beauty queen who represented the Soviet Union at Miss Universe 1991. She placed 2nd runner-up at the Miss Universe pageant, and was the last person to hold the Miss USSR title before the breakup of the Union. Since 2009, she has been linked romantically to tennis great Martina Navratilova

She is the former mistress of murdered banker Edouard Stern. Stern was found shot to death in his Geneva apartment in 2005 as a result of a sadomasochistic bondage session gone wrong; Stern was found dressed in a head-to-toe latex catsuit. When she was dating Stern ten years ago, she had a son, Maximilien, who died at the age of five months from internal organ injuries. The boy was injured just days after Lemigova hired a new nanny, a Bulgarian, who vanished immediately after the boy's death.
