Yusuf Azizullah is an American academic and consultant in the field of business administration, finance & strategy. He also teaches, speaks at conferences and edits written publications. His fields of endeavour include: Board Strategy. Social media and corporate governance, internet and corporate governance, compliance and security; SOX; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; corporate risk management; IFRS compliance; and the building of IT infrastructure library processes.

Yusuf is also CEO and founder of board advisory and strategic planning company Global Board Advisors Corp, He was invited by the [Association of Corporate Directors ] to speak on social media strategy during the 2013 annual conference. Yusuf is a NACD governance fellow
