Joseph Raymond LaBianca (May 22, 1961 - October 27, 2019 Bronx - NY / Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), known professionally as Joe La Bianca, was a singer, songwriter, author and mentor.

During his life spent in Gettysburg, his music and art became known internationally and overseas, conquering audiences thanks to his strong empathy, great compositional ability and artistic sensibility.
