Anne Scripps Douglas' daugher, Anne Morell Petrillo, 38, has reportedley jumped from the Tappan Zee Bridge, 16 years after her stepfather Scott Douglas threw himself off the bridge after beating Anne Scripps Douglas to death with a hammer.
The 1997 television movie Our Mother's Murder was based on the Douglas story.
