Who is Antoinette Frank?
Antoinette Frank is a former New Orleans police officer who was convicted of the robbery of a restaurant where a fellow officer was working as a security guard was murdered in addition to two of the restaurant owner's children, witnessed on their knees praying to God that their lives be spared. Frank is one of two females on Louisiana's death row at the Louisiana Correctional Institute in St. Gabriel, Louisiana.
