Who is Daggubati Purandeswari?
Daggubati Purandhareswari is an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. She is a member of the Indian National Congress where she represents the Visakhapatnam constituency of Andhra Pradesh as a Member of Parliament in the 15th Lok Sabha of India. She had previously represented the Bapatla constituency in the 14th Lok Sabha, during which period she served as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Human Resource Development. She is currently the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry. Later she got promoted to Ministry of Textiles.
