Who is David Wakikona?
David Wandendeya Wakikona is a Ugandan aviator and politician. He is the current State Minister for Trade & Antiquities in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Gagawala Wambuzi, who was dropped from the Cabinet. Prior to that, he served as the State Minister for Northern Uganda in the Office of the Prime Minister, from 2 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. He is also the elected Member of Parliament, representing "Manjiya County", Bududa District. He has continuously represented this constituency since 2001.
