Who is Harry Kroger?
Harry Kroger is an American physicist and electrical engineer. He used to be a Bartle professor of electrical engineering at Binghamton University, a part of the State University of New York system. He has been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers since 1964 and became a Life Fellow of the IEEE in 2001. He has now retired to Florida.
