Who is Margo Chase?
Margo Chase is an American graphic designer. Originally a biology major with intentions of becoming a veterinarian, Chase fell in love with design when she took a course on a whim while studying at California Polytechnic State University. Her first job in graphic arts was a tedious paste-up position, which gave her great appreciation for computers. Finding it difficult to land a solid job, she founded the successful Chase Design Group in 1986. She has designed logos for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel; her company has been involved in the "branding" of numerous entities, such as Target stores; Chase design has worked for such Hollywood notables as Cher, Madonna and the Tejano crossover singer, Selena; her articles and interviews appear in magazines such as How and Create.
