Who was Rostislav Alexeyev?
Rostislav Evgenievich Alexeyev was a designer of highspeed shipbuilding. He invented and designed the world's first Ekranoplans. His work has been compared to that of A.N. Tupolev in aviation and S.P. Korolev in space flight.
