Who is Standard Design?
Tom Pappalardo is a Northampton, Massachusetts graphic designer, cartoonist, illustrator, and musician. His 1996 comic "Alec Dear" received a Xeric grant. He publishes the weekly comic strip The Optimist in the The Valley Advocate and online. He is also working on a graphic novel, Broken Lines.
